Russia is the only one other than myself and France that has even 100k available, and I recently just kicked them to the curb when I attacked Sweden. With all of my vassals and if I pushed myself to my force limit I can field an army of over 700k westernized troops. Nothing more to do after that, really and war is kind of a joke now. As soon as France is integrated I'm going to bring a few of their minor areas back as vassals (there is an achievement that requires 21 five-province controlled nations with zero liberty desire and I currently have 19) and then form the 1-nation HRE and end the game. I just like starting small so much more than starting large (in general).
One of these days I want to play as the Ottomans.
